About the Role

Our client, a growing company in the beauty and skincare industry, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join their team onsite in Irvine, CA. This is a high-touch, white-glove support role, serving as the main point of contact for customers and distributors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty and skincare, and experience managing customer requests from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Handle full-cycle customer support - from initial contact through full resolution - including:
    • Product questions and recommendations
    • Order tracking and fulfillment
    • Returns, exchanges, and account support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Product) to enhance customer experience
  • Translate and adapt marketing or product content for Spanish-speaking audiences
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm for skincare

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of full-cycle customer service experience (owning cases end-to-end)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish - written and verbal
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury consumer goods preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM or helpdesk software
